Our rates for the types of available services we provide vary based on the level of support needed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Unlike other services we don’t charge by the job (which add up quickly) we charge by the hour in increments of 30 minutes after the first hour. Most problems can be resolved within 1-2 hours for personal computer issues. Businesses that have more than one machine receive additional support for each machine, and our rates vary slightly from personal computer repairs.
